The White Oak Creek Campground is located on Walter F. George Lake on the Georgia/Alabama border. Enjoy the natural beauty of the lake and the Chattahoochee River. Whether you want to get away for a week, a weekend, or just an afternoon, the lake offers the right atmosphere for camping, outdoor, and water-related activities. The White Oak Creek Campground has 130 sites with electric and water hookups. Additional amenities include 2 dump stations, laundry facilities, fish cleaning stations, bath houses, a boat ramp just outside the campground, playgrounds, a group shelter and a pay phone.

Important Information
Sites in Creek View loop (60-100) are only available for walk-ins Oct 3-Dec 4/05. These sites will closed from Dec 5, 2005 thru Mar 2, 2006. Reservations must be made at least 4 days in advance. This campground requires a 2 day minimum stay on weekends. This campground requires a 3 day minimum stay on holiday weekends. The campground is open year round and sites are $18/night. No off-road vehicles allowed in the campground. The gate is locked at 10pm and opens at 7am CST.
